A lack of obstructive goats....?

A Swiss driver was ticketed for speeding in Ontario (in Canada, east of NS) and according to the BBC:

"A traffic officer's notes said the Swiss driver had said he was taking advantage 'of the ability to go faster without risking hitting a goat'."

*snort* ha ha hah hah hah...
