A Sweet, CHILLY Christmas Journey in honour of Grandma

An amazing journey for one family, all the way up to Tuktoyaktuk to honour their Grandmother's dying wish. They're bringing a little tree she got while in palliative care to live near the area of the Trans-Canada trail that she sponsored.
